Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: -In case of cancellation of tour/travel services due to any avoidable/unavoidable reason/s, we must be informed in writing. Cancellation charges would be effective from the date we receive letter/Email/WhatsApp in writing and cancellation charges would be as follows: -
* If Cancelled 4 weeks in advance, Min 15% Cancellation would be charged of Total package Cost as a booking processing fee.
* If Cancelled 2 weeks in advance,25% Cancellation would be charged of Total package Cost
* If Cancelled 1 week in advance,50% Cancellation would be charged of Total package Cost
* If Cancelled Less than a week, 100% Cancellation would be charged of Total package Cost
* No Refund Will be applicable if booking cancelled due to government-imposed lock down/Covid Restrictions/Force majeure, in that Case we will send you credit note of advance amount that will be applicable for next 6-month from date of issue.
