With a cool climate all year round, Mussoorie is quite a nice place to visit. Walks on the mall and around is such a soothing experience in itself. There are some attractions in Mussoorie tourists should always visit. Foremost of the attractions in Mussoorie is Kempty Falls. River streams falling over rocky bed from a high altitude and surrounded by hills is quite mesmerizing. A visit to Lal Tibba, highest peak in Mussoorie situated at an altitude of 2290 meters, is an amazing experience. Sunrise and sunset views from here are wonderful.

Tourists can enjoy walking on camel’s back road – a road which has got its name from the rock which is shaped like a camel’s hump on its back.  One can take a ropeway to reach Gun Hill, the second highest peak in Mussoorie. Situated at an altitude of 2024 meters, Gun Hill offers stunning views of Garhwal Himalayas.

Other attractions include a visit to Christ Church and Company Gardens. Christ Church was built in 1836 during the British colonial era. A visit to house of George Everest, the person after whom Mount Everest has been named, can be an experience in itself.
