A jeep safari in the National Park is a unique experience. There are also chances to sight a tiger in the wild – something which always makes you spell bound. Elephant safari is also available in Corbett National Park and one must go for it. Elephant safari lets you explore the beauty of the place in a natural way.

Corbett is home to over 600 species of birds. Activities like fishing and cycling are allowed in areas adjoining Corbett National Park area. Fishing is allowed in Kosi River and Ramganga River. Trekking is also allowed in some areas of Corbett.

When in Corbett, make it a point to visit Corbett Museum in Kaladhungi, Choti Haldwani. Located in the bungalow of Jim Corbett, this museum is helpful for visitors to explore lots of information about Bengal Tiger and several other animals found in this area.

Tourists can try crossing river when at Corbett. Enough security measures are used for this but this is still a soul stirring activity. Located nearby Ramnagar, approximately 20 to 25 km, Jim Corbett Waterfalls is a must-visit place for each and every visitor coming to Corbett.
